Course Descriptions

High Intensity
This course is intended for serious, goal oriented male athletes who intend to compete on the varsity level. Athletes who participate in this course can expect significant improvements in their acceleration, multi-directional movement, explosive power, and functional strength, while improving stability and mobility to help reduce the risk of injury.
Comprehensive
The comprehensive Performance Course program is an introductory class to beginner strength training, speed development, and jump training that is developmentally appropriate for young athletes. The program is progressive in nature and is focused on developing core strength and mobility. Athletes will see significant improvements in their linear speed, multi-directional movement and their overall functional strength.
Female Comprehensive
This course is designed for female only athletes entering grades 6-12. Athletes who participate in this course can expect significant improvements in their acceleration, multi-directional movement, explosive power, and functional strength, while improving stability and mobility to help reduce the risk of injury.
Youth
The Youth Performance Course is a unique program designed to improve coordination, confidence, and athletic ability. The Performance Course concentrates on the foundations of athletic performance: running, jumping, agility, and functional flexibility.
