Adult Wellness and Fitness Program

Level Adults (18 and over)
Season Summer, Fall, and Spring
Length Typically 6 weeks, 3 days per week
Description This is a uniquely designed course developed to inspire adults to improve overall fitness and well being. The program offers a goal-oriented approach to progressively improve body composition and aerobic fitness over a six-week period. This course takes place in a group setting and offers all benefits of the Performance Course to the adult participant.
