Comprehensive Program

Grades 6th – 12th Graders
Season Summer
Length Typically 6 weeks, 4 days per week
Description This course offers a progressive approach to developing speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and power over a six week period. For the older, more mature athletes, the program will become highly intensified.
