The Performance Course approach is simple.
The classes are taught
by the same professional each day who builds relationships
with the students. Students are tested and evaluated at the
beginning and conclusion of the course. Upon completion of
the course, not only will performance improve, but a greater
knowledge and understanding of form, technique, nutrition,
mental preparation, and goal setting strategies will be achieved.

Geno Pierce’s Performance Course is
a proven approach to systematically developing each of the
individual components of athletic success over a structured
period of time. Working in cooperation with the school district
and coaches, the Performance Course addresses aspiring athletes
as young as first grade up through competitive varsity athletes.
Each program is structured and tailored to
fit the individual athletic needs of the participant. The
program is a course that develops athletic ability but addresses
goal setting, proper nutrition and mental preparation. Upon
graduation not only will speed, power, agility and strength
be improved, but you will understand a little more about yourself
and what it takes to be a champion.

Approach - The Performance
Course lasts over an extended period of time. Make no mistake
about it, the Performance Course is predicated on “good
old fashion hard work.” This approach is done in generally
a six-week period. “Nothing works unless you do.”
This approach, combined with carefully applied strength and
conditioning principles is the only way.
Expertise - Geno Pierce is
one of the top professionals in the country. His trained staff works hands on
with each athlete during every session. You will not be funneled
to a different trainer in a “cookie cutter program”
each workout. The program is tailored for the athlete and
sport. This is not a franchise but a personal and intimate
approach to individual and team improvement.
Facilities - All Performance
Course Programs take place in the athlete's school facilities.
Skill development - The
Performance Course works in collaboration with the student's
coaches to ensure the athletic performance training is complimenting
the individual sport skill development.
