What is the Performance Course?

The Performance Course is a unique approach to progressively improving athletic performance for participants of all ages. Combining cutting edge techniques with carefully applied strength and conditioning principles, the athlete can expect significant improvement in power, speed, agility, balance, strength, flexibility and conditioning.

More importantly, each individual will become more confident in themselves and their ability to meet challenges. This is not just any training program it is Geno Pierce’s Performance Course. Athletes will come to understand the importance of what it really takes to be successful through an integrated course that covers character development, goal setting, nutrition, and mental preparation.

This is not the next sports performance chain, fitness center, or a personal trainer program. This is a unique program that takes an intimate approach to developing you to be the very best you can be. Pierce’s approach holds the athlete accountable for giving their best effort at all times and believes that you will become what you are expected to become.
