Youth Comprehensive Program

Grades 1st - 5th Graders

Length 4 weeks, 3 days per week
Description This course is a four week introductory course for elementary age youth. This course concentrates on developing motor skills. Participants learn fundamental movement technique and improve performance skill, body composition, and bone mineral density, while developing social skills in a positive goal-oriented environment.
