Stephen Baca

Stephen has been with Performance Course since 2009. Stephen has worked as a Performance Course coordinator in the McKinney ISD and is currently the coordinator of programs in the Allen ISD. Stephen holds a number of key responsibilities including director of youth programming and the wildly successful training segment known as Baca Nation. Stephen has grown up in a family of Texas high school coaches and knows what it takes on ever level to create a championship attitude.  Stephen has been involved with numerous state championship programs in sports such as basketball, football, wrestling and soccer. In addition to his team success he has led the training the 2nd all time athlete rating in Nike Sparq combine history. Stephen has also mentored and trained countless athletes that have went on to play in college at the division 1 level as well as several professional athletes.

Stephen is widely regarded as one of the most inspirational and energetic coaches around and is asked to do motivational speaking on a regular basis. Stephen is also the key architect in the Leadership Academy course that has become popular with Performance Course teams.   He resides in Plano Texas and attends Watermark Church in Dallas. Stephen had a successful career as a quarterback and receiver at Adams State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree. Stephen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Club Coach (USAW).
