Jaci Danielson
Jaci Danielson was born and raised in the small town of Gainesville, Texas, where she grew up playing basketball, volleyball, and softball. Tearing her ACL in high school sparked her interest in becoming a physical therapist and helping others on their road to recovery.
Jaci graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas, where she spent much of her time playing and coaching club volleyball. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas, in 2017.
Jaci has experience treating a variety of patient populations, with a special interest in treating the spine and shoulder. Throughout her physical therapy career, she has enjoyed working closely with athletes of all ages—including youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes. Most recently, she had the pleasure of working with the 2025 CrossFit Games.
Her treatment philosophy focuses on restoring dynamic stability throughout functional movement patterns, while placing special emphasis on manual therapy techniques, including Trigger Point Dry Needling and myofascial distraction. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Jaci enjoys incorporating sport-specific strength and power activities into her treatments to enhance a successful return to sport and help her athletes reach peak performance.
Jaci obtained her American Board Specialty Certification in Sports Therapy in 2019. She continues to expand her clinical knowledge and toolbox, with a particular focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her background in competitive volleyball has instilled a passion for helping others reach their highest performance potential and motivating each patient to be better, faster, and stronger—both on and off the court.
A devoted Longhorn and avid baseball fan, Jaci enjoys cheering for her fellow Texas teams. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters.
