Zach Fowler

Zach is one of our coordinators for the DFW area, and currently serves as the site coordinator at Frisco Lone Star High School. Zach has also coordinated programs at schools such as Round Rock, Highland Park, and Allen High School. Zach participated in his first summer of Performance Course when he was eight years old and is a previous Performance Course Star of the Year award winner. After winning a State Championship as a high school football player, Zach went on to Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Physiology in the Department of Health and Kinesiology.

While at Texas A&M, Zach was an intern with the Football Strength and Conditioning Department, as well as with Olympic Sports. Zach is proud that Performance Course plays such a huge role in his life, and possesses unmatched passion for developing young people.

Zach is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a USA Weightlifting Level I Certified Coach (USAW-1). He is also First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

Zach and his wife, Cheyenne, currently reside in Celina, Texas along with their dog, Riggins.
