Zach is our Coordinator for the Frisco Independent School District. Zach participated in his first summer of Performance Course when he was eight years old and is a previous Performance Course Star of the Year award winner. After winning a State Championship as a high school football player, Zach went on to Texas A&M University where he earned an Applied Exercise Science degree in the Department of Health and Kinesiology.
While at Texas A&M, Zach was an intern with the Football Strength and Conditioning Department, as well as with Olympic Sports. Zach has worked with Performance Course for five summers and is proud that Performance Course plays a huge role in his life. He is passionate about helping young athletes push past their physical and mental limits and become the very best they can be both as an athlete, and as a person.
Zach is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
