Performance Course provides strength and performance training built specifically for volleyball athletes. Training focuses on first-step quickness, lateral movement, approach jumping, and landing mechanics. Sessions include strength work, speed and agility training, and jump development. Mobility and stability work helps athletes move well and stay healthy through a long season. Athletes also learn on-court warm-up progressions to use before practice and between matches at tournaments, along with guidance on nutrition and recovery.

Athletes are tested at the start, middle, and end of the season in the 10-yard acceleration, pro agility, countermovement jump, non-countermovement jump, approach jump, and max touch. Between testing periods, we will track key performance indicators to make sure athletes are progressing and to keep training competitive.
