Brian Baca

Brian has been full time with Performance Course since 2023 after three summers on staff, and coordinates programs in Coppell ISD and Highland Park ISD along with Little Elm, Lindale, and Frisco Centennial. He previously ran the program at Plano West.

Before Performance Course, Brian was the quarterbacks coach at Austin Peay State University, where he was part of a top-20 offense in FCS. Prior to that he was the strength and conditioning coordinator and wide receivers coach at Prosper Rock Hill, where he directed all summer workouts for boys' and girls' sports and oversaw programming for football, basketball, and tennis. He has worked with athletes from the middle school level to Division I.

In college, Brian was a two-time First Team All-ASC quarterback at East Texas Baptist University, where he holds the career record for passing touchdowns and started 26 consecutive games. Born in Austin, Brian is the son of a former Texas high school football head coach and athletic director. He lives in Dallas and attends Watermark Community Church.

Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Level One Sport Coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW-1).
