Brian Baca

Brian has been with Performance Course since May of 2023 and currently serves as the coordinator of Plano West High School. 

Brian formerly was the QBs coach at Austin Peay State University, where he was a part of a top 20 offense in FCS. Before his time at Austin Peay, Brian was at Prosper Rock Hill, where he served as the strength and conditioning coordinator and the WRs coach. Brian was the director of all summer workouts for boys' and girls' sports, as well as programming and overseeing football, girls' and boys' basketball, and tennis. Brian has had experience working with athletes from all backgrounds, from the middle school to the Division 1 level. 

In college, Brian was a two-time 1st Team All ASC Quarterback at East Texas Baptist University, holding the career record for passing touchdowns and starting 26 consecutive games. 

Brian was born in Austin, Texas, and is the son of a former Texas High School Football Head Coach and Athletic Director. Brian has 4 brothers and sisters-in-law and is the proud uncle of 9 nieces and nephews. 

Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Level One Sport Coach through the USA Weightlifting Association (USAW-1).
