Call serves as a Director for Performance Course and leads the company's Houston-area programs, running Magnolia High School and Magnolia West in Magnolia ISD, Montgomery High School and Lake Creek High School in Montgomery ISD, and Oak Ridge High School. He has been full time since 2022 after three summers on staff, and previously coordinated at Forney, Lindale, and Rockwall.

Call grew up in Tyler and pitched at East Texas Baptist University, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science. He went on to serve as a Graduate Assistant at Hardin-Simmons University, where he received his master's in Exercise Science, and made stops as a strength coach in South Austin and San Antonio before joining Performance Course.
