Geno Pierce

As the CEO and founder of Performance Course, Geno's unique approach has been developed over a 28-year career. He has worked closely with school districts and coaches to help build athletic programs that have combined for 127 state team titles, and the company he leads is the nation's largest provider of onsite long-term athlete development.
Early in his career Geno trained under Boyd Epley, the legendary strength coach and founder of the NSCA. Over more than two decades he has worked with hundreds of Division I athletes and watched a number of them go on to the professional ranks. He is a frequent consultant and presenter on systematic athlete development planning.
Geno graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a degree in psychology, where he played three seasons at defensive back, earned NSCA All-American honors, and served as team captain. He lives in Lucas, Texas with his wife Jamie and their three children. They are active members of Allen Bible Church.
Geno is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Level 1 Club Coach through USA Weightlifting.
