Jake is one of our coordinators in the DFW area and runs the program in Caddo Mills ISD. He joined Performance Course full time in 2025 after serving as the summer site coordinator at Crandall in 2022.

Jake earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2018. He spent three years at Royse City ISD as a teacher and coach across football, basketball, track, powerlifting, and strength and conditioning, then served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Crandall ISD from 2022 to 2025.

Jake and his wife Hannah live in Fate, Texas with their dogs Jitsu and Hudson. They attend Community Life Church in Rockwall. Outside of work he enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, golf, and time with family.

Jake has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2019.
