Riley Ratliff

Riley graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. He earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential in 2022, became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy in 2023, and added his Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator certification in 2024.

Riley has worked in outpatient orthopedic and sports settings since 2020. He directs the Sports Residency program for NAIOMT and teaches in their Sports Manual Therapy course in the United States and abroad. He is a team physical therapist for McKinney North High School and for the CrossFit Games.

Outside of work Riley competes in Ironman-distance triathlons and ultramarathons.
