Wes has been a full-time member of the Performance Course team since 2014 after two summers on staff, and serves as a Director. He runs the program at Melissa High School and oversees programs at Flower Mound High School, Reedy High School, Prosper High School, and the McKinney ISD middle schools. Wes has previously coordinated at McKinney Boyd, Stephenville, Marcus, Allen, and Northwest ISD.

Wes is a graduate of Webber International University in Lake Wales, Florida, where he earned a business degree in Sports Marketing in 2007. Before moving to Texas in 2011 he coached college football at his alma mater, serving as the outside linebackers, strong safeties, and special teams assistant and as the off-season coordinator for the football strength and conditioning program.

Wes makes his home in Celina, Texas with his wife Sarah, daughter Layla (7), and son Walker (4). They attend First Baptist Celina. In his free time Wes enjoys outdoor activities, sporting events, live music, and fellowship with friends and family.

Wes is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
