Aaron Heers serves as a coordinator at Mckinney High ISD. He has previously served Performance Course at schools such as Van Asltyne, Allen, Highland Park, Coppell, Princeton, McKinney, Rockwall, Rockwall-Heath, Granbury, and Waxahachie.
 
Aaron came to Performance Course because of the unrivaled positive impact it has on young athletes. He prides himself on building an athlete’s character and athletic ability to prepare them for life ahead. 
 
Aaron graduated from Tarleton with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a masters in Fitness Management. Aaron is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
