Reese is currently serving the Dallas area, serving as the site coordinator at Grapevine High School. Before joining full-time, he spent 5 summers working for Performance Course. He also attended Performance Course as an athlete in High School. Reese was hired Full-Time to Performance Course in May of 2023. 

Reese played Lacrosse at Lynn University for 4 ½ years where he got his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and Master's Degree in Leadership and Management. He spent a year at American Heritage High School as an assistant Strength Coach in 2022-2023. 

Reese came to Performance Course because he wanted to make a difference in athletes' lives the way his coaches impacted him during his career.
